Easy Cheesy Macaroni

Ingredients:
1 Packet Macaroni Elbows
1 Tomato (or punnet of cherry tomatoes)
2 Cups grated cheese
600ml Cream

Method:
Preheat oven to 200. Cook elbows al dente then place thin layer in large baking dish. Cover with 1/2 diced tomato, cheese then cream. Repeat layer. Cook for half an hour.

Cheesy Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients:
6 Medium Tomatoes
1 Slice toast
1/2 Onion
Dash all purpose seasoning
Grated cheese

Method:
Preheat oven to 200. Cut off tops and remove centres from tomatoes, being careful not to break skin. Put tomato pulp into a bowl. Slice toast into thin squares. Dice onions. Combine all ingredients in bowl, fill tomatoes with mixture then sprinkle a generous amount of grated cheese on top. Cook for 1/2 hour.

Yummy Guacamole

Ingredients:

2 Avocadoes
1/2 Lemon Juiced
Sprinkle of salt
1 Teaspoon Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 Clove Garlic
1 Tomato
1/2 Onion

Method:
Mash avocadoes, lemon juice, sweet chilli sauce and salt in a bowl. Dice garlic, tomato and onion. Combine and enjoy!

Sweet Chilli Potato Salad

Ingredients:

5 Large potatoes
5 Hardboiled eggs
1/2 onion
1 Tomato or Capsicum
1 Tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
Herbs to taste

Method:

Dice potatoes and boil till tender but still firm enough not to mash. Dice eggs, onion and tomato/capsicum. Mix with potatoes, sweet chilli sauce and herbs. Chill before serving.

Simple Potato Bake

Ingredients:

5 Large Potatoes
600mL cream
1 Packet french onion soup
One onion
Grated cheese

Method:
Thinly slice potatoes and onion. In a large baking dish, layer potato, onion, french onion soup and cream. Repeat layer 3 times. Finish with grated cheese on top. Bake in oven at 200 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
